Job summary

Eminence HR in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Land Procurement professional to identify, evaluate, and close land acquisitions. You will manage end-to-end procurement, liaise with landowners, brokers, and internal teams, and perform due diligence to ensure clean title and compliant documentation.

Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with 5+ years in Real Estate focusing on land procurement will stand out.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Experience specifically in Land Procurement / Land Acquisition is required.
