Job summary

Entirety Hr Solutions in Gujarat seeks professionals with an LL.B and deep knowledge of land revenue laws to work with revenue offices in Ahmedabad district on land and revenue matters. Retired officials or advocates with relevant background are considered.

Candidate must read and draft in Gujarati, with working knowledge of English and Hindi, and be able to coordinate with Ahmedabad district offices and talukas to move files lawfully and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Gujarat Land Revenue Code and related acts.
• Proficiency in AnyRoR, iORA, GARVI and e-Dhara processes.
• Reads and drafts in Gujarati; working English and Hindi.
• Ability to move files lawfully and on schedule with revenue offices.

Job description

Who we are looking for

Any one of the following backgrounds fits; an LL.B. is strongly preferred in all cases.

• Retired Mamlatdar, Deputy Mamlatdar, Circle Officer, Talati, or City Survey/DILR
• official with service in Ahmedabad district or nearby talukas.
• Land consultant with 10+ years of hands-on revenue work for developers or
• landowners.
• Advocate practising in revenue and property matters.

Required knowledge and skills Deep working knowledge of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879, the Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, the GTPUD Act, Registration and Stamp laws, and current Revenue Department GRs and circulars. Fluency with AnyRoR, iORA, GARVI and e-Dhara processes. Strong working relationships across revenue offices in Ahmedabad district (Daskroi, Sanand, Bavla, Dholka and city talukas), and the ability to move files lawfully and on schedule. Reads, writes and drafts in Gujarati (essential); working English and Hindi. Able to read old handwritten records, village maps, tippan and survey sheets. High integrity and discretion; all dealings strictly within the law
