Key Responsibilities

• Supervision
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Girls Hostel.
  • Monitor the entry and exit of residents and visitors.
  • Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to guidelines.
  • Address any security or safety concerns promptly.
• Mentorship
  • Act as a mentor and provide emotional support to the residents.
  • Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among the residents.
  • Assist with academic or personal challenges by providing guidance and resources.
  • Encourage and organize educational and recreational activities.
• Administration
