The successful candidate will manage test activities, calibrations, maintenance, and data documentation while upholding ISO/IEC 17025 standards and safety protocols in a fast-paced lab environment.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in testing laboratories / quality / environmental testing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field

Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of testing standards, lab operations, and quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025 preferred)

Woke Mode : 6 Days Working | 3rd Saturday Off

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Test Activity Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor all testing activities to ensure timely execution and optimal utilization of resources.
• 2. Customer Coordination C Communication: Manage test slot bookings, provide status updates, and handle customer queries, clarifications, and escalations.
• 3. Program C SRF Management: Review and approve SRFs, ensure proper sample tracking, and monitor execution of test programs as per requirements.
• 4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with operations, delivery, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of test programs.
• 5. Maintenance Management: Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance; coordinate with AMC/service teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• 6. Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality objectives, ensure compliance with standards (ISO/IEC), and maintain overall lab quality systems.
• 7. Non-Conformance Handling: Identify, document, and manage non-conforming work; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• 8. Calibration Management: Plan and ensure timely calibration of all equipment and instruments; maintain records and traceability.
• 9. Resource C Shift Management: Allocate manpower, manage shifts, and ensure availability of skilled resources for uninterrupted operations.
• 10. Test Report Management: Review, verify, and approve test reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• 11. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and ensure correct data recording and interpretation.
• 13. Data C Documentation Management: Ensure proper maintenance of records, logbooks, utilization data, and audit readiness.
• 14. Safety C Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of equipment, and safe working conditions in the lab.
• 15. Customer Satisfaction C Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, minimize delays, and ensure timely delivery of services.
