Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure updated & latest certifications and accreditations for the lab.
• Responsible for third party audit and vendor selection for RM/PM.
• Responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment & facility.
• Ensure all statutory compliances related to Man, Machine and Material.
• Ensure absolute compliance to Good Laboratory practices & Data Integrity in Laboratory.
• Ensure motivated and highly engaged workforce.
• To ensure optimum utilization in laboratory resources and no wastage including energy, time & money. Responsible for appointing Quality Manager & Technical Manager for implementation of the laboratory Management system.
• Responsible for approval of Protocol and Report related to Qualification of Instruments and Equipment in Analytical and Microbiological Laboratory.
• Responsible for handling of technical complaints and CAPA of the same.
• Responsible for technical training to manufacturing unit with respect to Quality Control/In-Process Quality Control.
• Responsible for overall functioning of organization by implementation of policy and system & Annual Appraisal of laboratory staff involved in technical operation.
