Job summary

Eugenics Management Services (p) Ltd. Rohtak is seeking fresh DMLT/BLMT/B.Sc graduates for on-site hospital lab roles. You will process blood samples, perform molecular assays on automated platforms, and maintain instruments while logging results into the database.

This 8-hour shift position is on 3rd party payroll and located at hospitals in the region. Ideal candidates will follow strict protocols, demonstrate attention to detail, and thrive in a clinical diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers with DMLT/BLMT/B.Sc qualifications are welcome.
• Willing to work in hospital settings and on-site.
• Ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and results logging.

Responsibilities

• Process blood samples for blood bank screening tests.
• Run molecular assays with strict protocols on fully automated molecular diagnostic platform.
• Clean, sterilize, calibrate & troubleshoot automated analysers.
