Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or BMLT from a recognized institution.
Valid registration (state norms where applicable).
Knowledge of basic laboratory diagnostic procedures.
Ability to work in field-based/mobile healthcare settings.

Conduct routine laboratory investigations (Hb, Blood Sugar, Malaria, Urine tests) per project scope.
Ensure correct labelling and handling of samples.
Maintain accuracy and quality in reporting test results.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment inside MMU.
Ensure proper calibration and functioning of diagnostic devices.
Follow infection control and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Report equipment malfunction to the concerned authority.
Maintain lab registers and daily test records.
Document test results in patient records.
Support preparation of daily/monthly reports as per MMU requirements.
Maintain stock register for lab reagents and consumables.
Monitor stock levels of reagents, kits, and consumables.
Prepare indent for lab materials in advance.
Ensure proper storage of test kits and chemicals.
