Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, program/delivery management, or process management in a diagnostics/genomics/clinical lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sample lifecycle end-to-end from collection, logistics, processing to reporting across protocols.
• Ensure process integrity at every handoff and meet protocol-specific TAT commitments (3–21 days).

Key Responsibilities:

• TheLab Operations Manager will own the entire sample lifecycle end-to-end, from sample collection and logistics through laboratory processing, bioinformatics, interpretation, and reporting across all protocols and platforms.
• This role is responsible for ensuring process integrity at every handoff and delivering protocol-specific turnaround time (TAT) commitments, ranging from 3 to 21 days.
• The incumbent will simplify complex workflows, develop tracking dashboards, lead daily operations, and proactively resolve issues to ensure turnaround time (TAT) commitments are consistently met.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, program/delivery management, or process management within a diagnostics, genomics, or clinical laboratory environment.
