Three functions. One revenue outcome. Lead Charges, Payments, and ARM operations to ensure claims move accurately, payments are reconciled, denials are resolved, and aging is controlled. Your role is not simply to monitor teams. You are responsible for people, productivity, quality, SLA, workflow, escalations, and continuous improvement across the unit.
What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :
- Operations: Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and daily performance across Charges, Payments, and ARM.
- People: Manage workforce allocation, attendance, coaching, and team development.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to process standards.
- Revenue Control: Monitor claims, rejections, payments, denials, reconciliation, and aging.
- Escalations: Resolve critical issues and coordinate cross-functional actions.
- Reporting: Track dashboards, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Improvement: Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable process improvements.
Core Metric:
- C3 Operational Performance · Target: ≥95% SLA & Quality Compliance
- Maintain 95% or higher achievement across defined productivity, quality, SLA, and compliance standards for the C3 unit, measured monthly.
The Fight: What You will Fight:
- The operational breakdown.
- A missed charge becomes a rejected claim. A payment discrepancy becomes inaccurate financial data. An unresolved denial becomes aged A/R. A staffing gap becomes an SLA failure.
- You identify problems before they travel downstream, remove operational bottlenecks, hold teams accountable to standards, and make sure no issue survives simply because it belongs to another team.
- Your job is to keep the entire C3 operation moving — accurately, consistently, and without avoidable delays.
