What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :
- Attendance & Payroll Support – Maintain attendance records and assist with payroll processing.
- Vendor Coordination – Track vendor services, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Inventory Management – Monitor office supplies and maintain stock records.
- Facility Operations – Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace readiness.
- Safety & Compliance – Support safety checks and maintain compliance records.
- Employee Support – Assist employees with administrative requests and operational queries.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years in HR Operations, Administration, Employee Support, Facility, or Vendor Management.
- Payroll & Attendance: Basic knowledge of attendance tracking and payroll processes.
- Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA compliance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong documentation, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and take timely corrective action.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in payroll, records, invoices, and operational reports.
