- The Chief Operating Officer (RCO) is responsible for driving organization-wide operational excellence, execution discipline, and sustainable business performance. This role works closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into measurable operating plans, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure effective execution across functions.
- The COO provides leadership across people, processes, performance, governance, and operational strategy while ensuring the organization remains scalable, accountable, efficient, and aligned with its long-term objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proven experience leading multiple functions, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, governance, performance management, and process optimization.
- Ability to translate business strategy into measurable execution and scalable operations.
- Strong Revenue cycle management, risk management, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven experience in organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in technology, healthcare software, or other process-driven industries preferred.
