Job summary

Codians in Gurugram, India seeks an L2 Operations Engineer for Data Tribe to provide level-2 support for enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau. You will handle production incidents, investigate refresh failures, and optimize performance while managing access, licences and monitoring across the stack.

You will coordinate with database, hosting, network and IDAM teams, maintain SOPs, participate in RCA reviews, and escalate complex issues to L3 where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Handle production incidents, troubleshoot refresh failures and performance issues, manage user access and software licences, monitor platform stability, maintain ServiceNow tickets and SOPs, participate in RCA reviews, and coordinate with database, hosting, network, and IDAM teams.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 support.
