Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Mumbai seeks a network engineer with hands-on SD-WAN, routing and switching experience to join a 24x7 operations team. You will monitor, troubleshoot and manage incidents while implementing changes to keep enterprise networks secure and reliable.

Regular BE/B.Tech or equivalent is required. Preferred familiarity with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches and routers.

Qualifications

• Regular full-time engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
• Hands-on SD-WAN, routing & switching experience.
• Knowledge of Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management and change implementation.
• Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
• Handle incidents and implement changes to maintain network security and reliability.
• Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall and data center networks.
• Coordinate with ITSM tools for ticketing and issue resolution.

Qualification: Any Regular Full-Time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in SD-WAN, Routing & Switching (R&S) technologies.
• Good knowledge of Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco Routers & Firewalls.
• Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and change implementation.
• Familiarity with ITSM/Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, Network Security, and Data Center networking.

Preferred Certifications:

• Fortinet NSE / FCP
• SD-WAN related certifications (Cisco SD-WAN, Versa, VMware VeloCloud, etc.)
