Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services is seeking a technology learning leader to drive strategy and delivery of technical capability development across the engineering organization.

You will define the Technology Academy, design learning pathways across software engineering, cloud, AI, DevOps, cybersecurity, and architecture, and collaborate with Technology leaders to close capability gaps with structured frameworks and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Learning & Development in a technology environment.
• Experience at Head/Director level in Technical Learning or Capability Development.
• Strong background in designing and implementing enterprise learning strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
