Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions applications.
• Develop and support workforce management solutions including scheduling, accruals, and leave and absence management.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Kronos interfaces and integrations.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Develop SQL queries and perform database validation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration migrations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and security standards.

Job description

Configure, customize, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions applications.

Develop and support workforce management solutions including:

• Scheduling

• Leave and Absence Management
