Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking an experienced AP specialist in India to manage end-to-end invoice processing using ReadSoft OCR and Kofax, including SAP posting and validation. You will configure ReadSoft INVOICES, Process Director, Cockpit profiles, and related mailboxes and workflows.

The role also involves integrating ReadSoft with SAP and Ariba using BAPIs, BADIs, and ABAP, while troubleshooting issues and driving automation.

Qualifications

• 5.5+ years of overall experience in accounts payable and ERP integrations.
• End-to-end AP invoice processing using ReadSoft OCR and Kofax including validation and SAP posting.
• Experience configuring ReadSoft INVOICES, Process Director, Cockpit profiles, mailboxes, collectors, and workflows.
• Integration of ReadSoft with SAP MM/FI-CO, Ariba, and other enterprise applications using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and basic ABAP.
• Troubleshooting invoice processing issues, analyzing logs, resolving extraction errors, and optimizing workflows.

• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, analyze logs, resolve extraction errors, and optimize workflow performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and production support activities.
