Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Technician to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments. The role requires background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management, with hands-on hotel or large building maintenance experience.

Candidates with 2+ years in hotels or 4+ years in similar complexes will be considered.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant
