Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a Kitchen Technician to ensure an excellent level of service and to assist in the smooth operation of the Engineering Department across all hotel departments.

The role requires relevant electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications with building management exposure and a minimum of 2 years’ hotel technician experience or 4 years in a large building with central plant. This is an on-site position at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon.

Competenze

• Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant

Mansioni

• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
• Provide reliable and safe maintenance support as a Kitchen Technician in the hotel environment
