Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering division in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of facilities across the property.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management, and at least two years of managerial experience in a large operation, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally a university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Engineering Manager in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Engineering Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all other operating Departments.
• Maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition and ensuring alignment with Hyatt's standards.
