Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising and supporting Stewarding and kitchen operations, ensuring efficient cleaning, hygiene, chemical and water-level standards, and proper maintenance of dishwashing and cleaning equipment. The role also supports banquets, buffets, cooks, and kitchen staff, maintains adequate stock, and ensures items are properly stored. In addition, the position involves team supervision, training, scheduling, performance management, safety compliance, guest service, and maintaining quality and professional standards.
