Job summary

Alila Lansdowne is seeking a Stewarding Manager to oversee the department, ensuring efficient operation in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will lead a team to meet employee, guest and owner expectations, and manage the stewardship cost centre.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean back-of-house, and ensuring all kitchens, outlets and banquets receive clean operating equipment based on projected business levels.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or apprenticeship in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Stewarding Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Stewarding Department ensuring efficient operations and alignment with Hyatt/brand standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean back-of-house area and provide all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment.
• Lead cost control initiatives and collaborate with Kitchen and F&B teams to meet business levels.
