Job summary

Hyatt International seeks a Stewarding Manager to lead the Stewarding Department, ensuring efficiency and cost control while meeting brand standards across the F&B operation. You will oversee sanitation, equipment availability, and support for kitchens, outlets and banquets to match business levels.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality degree or diploma and have at least 2 years of experience as Stewarding Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Stewarding Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre.
• Maintain an organised and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and provide all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
