Job summary

Alila Lansdowne is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring guest, employee and owner satisfaction while driving profitable operations across outlets and banquets.

The role functions as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department, overseeing hospitality operations, maintaining high service levels, and collaborating with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
