Job summary

Paul Resorts & Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen environment. You will be responsible for cleaning utensils, handling waste, and assisting in deep cleaning of equipment and floors, while adhering to hotel SOPs. The role requires physical fitness and reliability for shift work.

The position offers a practical monthly salary and benefits in a hospitality setting, with food provided and provident fund as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in kitchen stewarding preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning activities.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
