Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking personnel to support dishwashing, sanitation, and daily kitchen operations at our facilities. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, stocking supplies, and assisting chefs with basic prep.

The position emphasizes maintaining health codes and proper handling of equipment, with responsibilities spanning from dishwashing to inventory support and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: washing, sanitizing and storing dishes, pots, pans and utensils by hand or with a machine.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment and ensuring all areas meet health codes.
• Waste Management: collecting and disposing of trash, recycling and compost in designated areas.
• Stocking & Organization: replenishing supplies (condiments, utensils) and organizing storage areas for food, dishes and cleaning agents.
• Support Duties: assisting chefs and cooks with basic food prep, setting up/breaking down service areas and moving inventory.
• Equipment Maintenance: ensuring dishwashing machines and other equipment are clean and reporting issues.
