Job summary

You will coordinate with the Clinical Dietician and nursing staff for changes, verify liquids and tube feeding plans, taste meals before dispatch, and maintain diet-related records and weekly diet reports.

• 5. Co-ordination with Clinical Dietician and nursing for any changes or requirement of patient
• 6. Checking the liquids and Tube feeding planning, consistency and volume before dispatch
• 7. Tasting all the food items prepared for patients before dispatching from kitchen
• 8. Handling food related queries of kitchen staff
• 9. Preparing KOT of majo meals

DIET OFFICE:

• 1. Maintaining records of food tasting record
