Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Rajasthan seeks a Key Relationship Manager - UCV to drive UCV disbursements and manage a performance-driven portfolio. The role requires 5-10 years of related experience, with emphasis on sales leadership and customer-focused relationship management.

You will monitor metrics, ensure timely loan processes, and actively develop the team through training while upholding strict process standards. This is a permanent, on-site position based in Rajasthan.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management within financial services.
• Sales leadership experience in BFSI preferred.
• Strong customer-centric relationship management skills.
• Ability to drive disbursement targets and monitoring performance.
• Team development through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UCV disbursement per productivity norms; actual vs objectives as per annexure 1.
• Manage, monitor & track portfolio quality; ED cases kept within thresholds per annexure 2.
• Complete PDD on time for loans disbursed as per annexure 3.
• Invest in self-development; maintain average mandays of training per team member per annexure 4.
• Maintain process orientation; achieve audit score targets per annexure 5.
