Job summary

Care Health Insurance is seeking a dedicated professional to manage Wellness activities across all locations in Haryana, Gurugram. You will handle customer escalations regarding OPD and wellness services and oversee end-to-end service on OPD related proposals and client management.

The role requires coordination with brokers and health tech partners, and proficiency in MS Excel formulas and calculation logic to support backend operations.
