• Develop and manage relationships with merchants in the assigned geography.

• Drive product penetration and revenue growth across the assigned market.
• Manage assigned merchant accounts and ensure effective engagement and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
• Understand merchant requirements and resolve grievances and service issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and higher sales conversions.
• Track market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities.
• Identify local market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Ensure successful product deployment and communicate product benefits to merchants.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business targets.
