Job summary

Lava International is seeking a high-performing MT sales professional in Hyderabad to drive Modern Trade and Ecommerce growth. The role focuses on developing strategic initiatives, building strong relationships with MT chains, and delivering volume and value against the annual sales plan.

The ideal candidate will have strong selling and negotiation skills, excellent communication in English and local language, and keen interest in mobile and gadget technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Modern Trade in reputable organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic MT initiatives using category best practices to hit annual sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with Modern Trade chains and ecommerce vendors; drive order generation and execution.
• Drive MT sales through identified channels; plan and implement promotions with MT partners.
• Negotiate pricing with MT partners and track competition.
• Manage MIS for MT chains and oversee distributor management and promoter activities.
• Coordinate customer service for MT distributors and ensure smooth operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Using category best practices and insights to develop strategic initiatives. Delivering volume, value, business, and profitability against annual sales planning
• Building relationships at Key levels with identified Modern Trade chains. Managing relationships with all existing Modern Trade and Ecommerce vendor. Responsible for order generation and execution
• Driving Sales volumes through the identified MT, Developing and implementing promotions with MT
• Pricing negotiations with MT and Competition tracking
• Managing MIS for set of MT chains
• Appointment and management of financially sound service oriented MT distributors.
• Promoter management
• Coordinating customer service for the selected MT Distributors.
