Job summary

Indira Ivf Hospital in Chennai is seeking a Marketing Field Executive to plan camps, conduct ground activities, and drive patient outreach for our hospital services.

The role involves coordinating promotions, managing promotional materials, building partnerships with hospitals and community groups, and reporting camp performance to improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule camps and aggressive field activities at potential places to maximize output.
• Generate large volumes of patient data through innovative ground activities.
• Close supervision of each marketing activity and provide robust feedback.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective deals and clarify their responsibilities, leveraging them as external teams.
• Manage all promotional materials—booklets, leaflets, handbills, brochures, invitation cards, and related items.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, businesses and community groups to promote hospital services.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of camp performance, patient footfall and conversions.
• Conduct post-camp follow-ups with attendees to facilitate consultations and treatments at Indira IVF centers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve patient experience.
• Monitor regional competitor activities and provide feedback for strategic improvements.

• Closed supervision of each marketing activity and provide robust feedback.
• Negotiating with vendors for cost‑effective deals, giving a proper understanding of their responsibilities (Liabilities) and utilize them as our external force (team).
• Manage all the promotional material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, invitation cards and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof-reading, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of camp performance, patient footfall, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct post‑camp follow‑ups with attendees to facilitate consultations and treatments at Indira IVF canters.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to address operational challenges and improve patient experience.
• Monitor competitor activities in the region and provide feedback for strategic improvements.
