Responsibilities include planning training needs, conducting sales training across channels, and tracking effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Plan and announce monthly training needs and schedules.
• Conduct sales training programs for various distribution channels.
• Track training effectiveness and report to business heads.
• Conduct training sessions to drive KPIs of the assigned channel (e.g., new advisor training, activation, productivity, SP certification, campaign training).
• Drive training programs on sales pitches, opening & closing of sales calls, and objection handling.
• Introduce frontline sales employees to various technology platforms and drive adoption.
• Track training effectiveness and publish analytics/reports to business heads.
• Travel as per training requirements across geography.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Knowledge of insurance & financial products.

• Announce training schedules weekly/monthly in conjunction with Top City/ Growth Market head
• Conduct sales training programs for the various distribution channels
• Conduct training sessions to drive various KPIs of assigned channel;e.g. new advisor training (Safalya), activation, productivity, specified person(SP) certification, campaign based training etc.
• Drive training program on various sales pitches, opening & closingof sales call and objection handling
• Introduce the frontline sales employees various technology platform anddrive adoption through various initiatives
• Track training effectiveness and progress in business performance andpublish analytics and reports to business heads
• Travel as per training requirements across geography
• Should know MS Office (Excel, Power point and Word)
• Comfortable in dealing with and presenting to large groups of people
