We’re seeking a Key Account Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and takes ownership like an entrepreneur. This is not a role with predefined playbooks—you’ll be the one creating them. You will lead and grow key e-commerce and quick commerce accounts, managing everything that drives performance — from P&L ownership to platform visibility, supply chain efficiency, and ROI. If you enjoy problem–solving, identifying growth opportunities, and executing with intent, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of business performance for assigned accounts.
- Identify and implement strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure profitability.
- Build strong relationships with category, marketing, and commercial teams on partner platforms.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and representation across campaigns and initiatives.
- Finalize assortments and ensure smooth coordination with supply chain teams for forecasting and fill rates.
- Maintain operational hygiene in returns, claims, and reconciliations.
- Drive platform campaigns and visibility initiatives across pricing, content, and merchandising.
- Lead execution for brand moments, seasonal peaks, and promotional events.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar and spending plans for your platforms.
- Allocate budgets strategically based on ROI, seasonality, and brand objectives.
- Continuously monitor performance and optimize in real–time.
- Analyze consumer behavior, competitor actions, and platform analytics to uncover growth insights.
- Translate data–driven insights into actionable plans and measurable impact.
- Partner closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics teams to deliver end–to–end results.
- Lead initiatives around product launches, fill‑rate optimization, and platform performance audits.
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in FMCG, Food, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Proven success managing e-commerce or quick commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision–making skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross–functional coordination skills.
- A growth mindset with a bias for action, curiosity for insights, and a passion for results.
- Bachelor’s or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
