Job summary

Eurofins Assurance is seeking a senior sales leader in India to manage top accounts and drive long-term growth across sectors served by the company. You will develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with sales, operations, finance and supply chain to ensure timely delivery and profitability.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, monitor performance, forecast sales, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and annual business agreements with key customers.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular business updates to management.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account profitability
