Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, hospitality or facility management.
• Strong stakeholder, client and team management skills.
• Proven experience in handling complex operations and driving performance.
• Strong ownership and process-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing campus/hostel or institutional operations will be relevant.
