You will lead on-ground teams, drive revenue realization, and continuously improve processes to deliver a safe, student-centric campus environment and high stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Operations, Hospitality or Facility Management.
• Strong stakeholder, client and team management skills.
• Proven experience in handling complex operations and driving performance.
• Experience managing campus/hostel or institutional operations is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with institutional/university partners and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive timely invoicing, collections and revenue realization while controlling leakages and delays.
• Manage end-to-end hostel/campus operations and ensure consistent service standards.
• Lead, manage and develop on-ground teams with clear accountability and performance tracking.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, audits and compliance requirements.
• Handle operational incidents, escalations and ensure timely resolution.
