Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a K2 - Planning Expert for the Kochi Metro Project. The role involves reviewing master schedules, integrating contractor plans and preparing MPRs and MoMs.

You will organize progress reviews and ensure safety, ethics, and environmental training across a culturally diverse team. The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineering graduate with 15+ years in metro/rail, strong English communication, and proven leadership to drive complex planning activities on large-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Minimum experience of 15 years in relevant field out of which minimum 5 years experience in similar role in metro/rail projects.
• Graduate in Civil Engg. from a recognized institution (with hands on experience in software - Primavera/ MS Project/similar)
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and guidelines for regular project progress reporting with respect to cost, schedule, information and decisions.
• Preparation of MPR, MoMs and other reports as required.
• Organise progress review meetings with various stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliances and conduct safety training as per group policy (3S).
• Ensure every project member has undergone Business Ethics and compliance training.
• Ensure every project member has knowledge of Environment policy of company.
• Each Member of team has completed 9 lifesaving rules.
• Each individual has undergone Anti-Corruption training.

SYSTRA is GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT.

We are seeking applications for the role K2 - Planning Expert in Kochi Metro Project.

Missions/Main Duties

• Review the Master Schedule submitted by the contractor
• Integrate all program components / sub projects prepared by the contractors
• establishing procedures and guidelines for regular project progress reporting with respect to the status of cost, schedule, information and decisions.
• Preparation of MPR, MoMs and other reports as required.
• Organise progress review meetings with various stakeholders.
• Ensure the safety compliances, conduct safety training as per group policy mainly 3S training.
• Ensure every project member must have gone through Business Ethics and compliance training
• Ensure every project member has knowledge of Environment policy of company.
• Each Member of team had gone through 9 lifesaving rules
• Each individual had gone through the Anti-Corruption training.
