SYSTRA India invites applications for the position of Junior Engineer (Civil) for the Kochi Metro Project. The role involves assisting in construction supervision and contributing to the delivery of Metro infrastructure in Kochi.

Efficient candidates will hold a Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with 2 years of experience (3 years for Diploma holders) and excellent written and spoken English. The job requires teamwork within a diverse organization and proactive problem-solving.

SYSTRA is the GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT.

We are seeking application for the position of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Kochi Metro Project.

Missions/Main Duties

• Assist in Construction Supervision & Monitoring
• Manage Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and social aspects
• Prepare Manuals for construction, administration, operation, and maintenance of Metro
• Shall maintain close liaison and act as a bridge between Team Leader and field units.

Profile/Skills

• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engg. from a reputed Institution
• Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field for Graduates & 3 years for Diploma holders.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
