Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking a qualified professional to handle maintenance management of HVAC systems and related equipment. The role requires coordinating with QA, QE, Production and Purchase to ensure timely actions and part availability.

The candidate will manage QMS documents, participate in qualification activities, monitor BMS systems, and drive timely closure of SOP-driven tasks, aiming for regulatory compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management of HVAC systems.
• Ability to coordinate with QA/QE/Production and Purchase.
• Experience in handling QMS documents and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
