Job summary

Sun Pharma in Halol-I is seeking a Technician with a Diploma/ITI and 2+ years of experience to maintain HVAC systems and support GMP/QMS activities. You will sign off on key qualification documents, coordinate across QA, QE, Production and Purchase, and ensure spares availability for critical equipment.

You will work on BMS monitoring, investigations, and SOP-compliant documentation, contributing to reliability and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI required.
• Experience: 2+ years in maintenance.
• HVAC systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (BI/DM and PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Coordinate with QA, QE, Production and Purchase.
• Ensure availability of spares for critical equipment.
• Participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiation and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.

• Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Qualification Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

2. Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
