Job summary

Haarvard Management Consultants in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, seeks a Junior Technical Associate Mechanical Maintenance to support a major Indian conglomerate's production and packaging lines.

The role covers preventive/breakdown maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and rotating equipment, plus lubrication, alignment, inspections, and part replacement. The incumbent will ensure safety compliance and maintain maintenance records for reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th and Diploma.
• 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown handling and root cause analysis.
• Experience in FMCG/food processing/packaging/manufacturing is an advantage.
