Job summary

Reputed Indian Conglomerate Company is seeking a Technical Associate Packing to oversee packing machinery maintenance, packaging-line operations and preventive maintenance tasks at our Pudukkottai facility in Tamil Nadu.

You will handle breakdowns, troubleshoot equipment, monitor performance, reduce downtime, and coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth packing operations. Diploma holders with 8–12 years in packing machinery maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing machinery maintenance and packaging-line operations.
• Hands-on preventive maintenance, breakdown handling and equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in packing machines.
• Experience in machine performance monitoring and downtime reduction.
• Ability to coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth packing operations.
