Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a site Safety Officer to oversee safety compliance across construction sites in Maharashtra, Pune District. The role focuses on implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and leading toolbox talks to keep workers safe.

You will identify hazards, ensure proper PPE use, maintain safety records, and work with engineers and subcontractors to enforce safety standards. This position requires hands-on field experience and a proactive approach to risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure site-wide safety compliance across all construction activities
• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks with workers
• Implement HSE policies, safety protocols, and statutory compliance
• Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and enforce corrective measures
• Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel
• Maintain and update all safety documentation, reports, and incident logs
• Collaborate with site engineers and subcontractors to enforce contractor-side safety
