Job summary

Excelon Solutions in Noida invites a fresher to join our recruitment team as a Non-IT Recruiter. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, engaging them over phone calls, and guiding them through the early stages of the hiring process.

The position starts with hybrid work for 2 days in the office, then shifts to full-time WFO after 2–3 months. Freshers are welcome and must possess strong communication and persuasion skills to build a robust candidate pipeline.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Fresher Recruiters Non-IT to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong articulation, and the ability to convince and engage candidates effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for Non-IT positions.
• Connect with candidates over calls and explain job opportunities clearly.
• Assess candidates based on communication, interest, suitability, and basic job requirements.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through calls, references, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Convince and motivate candidates to participate in the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication and candidate records.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring.
