Job summary

Indexed is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and ensure successful project delivery for our growth marketing agency. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain high service quality across SEO, design, development, and HubSpot tasks.

You’ll manage client inquiries, timelines, and escalations while identifying upsell opportunities and protecting project scopes, delivering exceptional value to international clients (UK/US).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or customer success at a digital marketing agency.
• Working knowledge of SEO, web development, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and design.
• Strong project management instincts—organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable being direct—know when to push back on clients and internally.
• Experience working with international clients (UK/US preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication via Slack, email, and calls.
• Coordinate work across SEO analysts, designers, developers, and HubSpot specialists to get the work done.
• Review deliverables before they go to clients, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations with confidence.
• Track project timelines and hold team members accountable for deadlines.
• Identify upsell opportunities and flag risks early.
• Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters.

• Strong project management instincts — you're organized, detail-oriented, and can keep multiple workstreams moving
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable being direct — you know when to push back on clients and when to crack the whip internally
• Experience working with international clients (UK/US preferred)
