Role Description

We're looking for a Junior SEO Executive to handle hands‑on SEO execution across link building, technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page SEO for a portfolio of clients. This is a 100%-execution role in a fast-paced agency environment — you'll be working across multiple client accounts at once, and attention to detail matters more than anything else.

You should be comfortable and fluent with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, know how to use AI to speed up reporting and execution, and be analytical enough to read the data and know what to do with it. Your English should be good — it doesn't need to be perfect — as long as you can communicate clearly with the team.

What You'll Do

Execute across the board

• Execute link building campaigns, technical SEO fixes, local SEO tasks, and on-page optimization across multiple client accounts at once
• Own 100% of execution on assigned tasks, with strong attention to detail

Use tools and AI fluently

• Use Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics daily to track performance, find opportunities, and diagnose issues
• Use AI tools to speed up research, reporting, and execution without cutting corners on quality
• Build and maintain client reports and internal tools/trackers

Be analytical

• Interpret data across tools to identify what is and isn't working, and act on it
• Flag issues and opportunities early, based on data, not guesswork

Manage multi-client workload

• Execute across multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
• Prioritize workload and consistently hit deadlines across accounts

• A track record of 100% execution — someone who does the work, not just plans it
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable and fluent using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, reporting, and execution
• An analytical mindset — able to read data and act on it
• Working knowledge across link building, technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page SEO
• Good written and spoken English — doesn't need to be perfect
• 2+ years of experience, including meaningful agency experience
