Job summary

VM Modular Solutions Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Interior Project Lead to oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maintaining client communications on progress and upcoming activities. You will coordinate with designers, managers and contractors to drive successful interiors projects.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Interior Design, 1–3+ years of fit-out experience, and strong English

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 - 3+ years of work experience in executing Corporate/Residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to break down complex ideas and convey them efficiently.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of interior construction methods and materials at VM Modular.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively at VM Modular.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel/GSheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget at VM Modular.
• Coordinate with Client, Senior Project Lead, Project Manager, Designers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress such as Daily and Bi-Weekly Progress Reports.
• Engage, interact and build professional relationships with the design professionals, vendors and clients while directing the installation team to safely execute the work.
• Work closely with respective functional teams to ensure a high standard of execution and customer experience.

Job DescriptionAs a Junior Project Lead, you will monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to execution by taking complete ownership and responsibility. You will engage the client and keep them informed with required updates of the project and ensure they are aware of all the activities that are about to be done / ongoing / yet to start etc.
