Job summary

Saini Electrical in Nagpur is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with processes and safety, and drive Lean initiatives. You will coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores to optimize machine availability and material flow.

The role requires strong planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems to maintain accurate shift records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and control.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety requirements.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and achieve shift targets.
• Ensure compliance with approved manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality team for in-process inspections and timely closure of quality concerns.
• Track machine utilization, production efficiency, and downtime, and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, shift records, and process documentation.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Stores departments to ensure machine availability and uninterrupted material flow.
