Job summary

Frizair Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Engineer (fresher) to work across Quality, Production, and Maintenance. You will monitor daily performance metrics, spot trends, and support engineers with analysis and process documentation.

You will gain hands-on exposure to core manufacturing operations, help interpret data health, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. This entry-level role emphasizes learning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance metrics across departments and interpret data health.
• Support inspection activities and analyze quality metrics such as rejection rate and first pass yield.
• Assist senior engineers in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and audit readiness by keeping records organized.
• Participate in daily shift meetings and share observations from the floor.
• Assist with audits by preparing and presenting relevant records and data.
• Learn and apply basic problem-solving tools (5 Why, Pareto, fishbone diagrams).
• Assist with production planning and scheduling coordination.

The role centers on monitoring daily performance metrics, spotting trends and deviations, and supporting engineers with analysis and process documentation.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance metrics across departments and help interpret what the numbers indicate about process health.
• Support inspection activities and help analyze quality metrics such as rejection rate, first pass yield, and customer complaints.
• Assist senior engineers in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports .
• Support process documentation, SOP updates, and audit readiness by keeping departmental records organized and current.
• Participate in daily shift/production review meetings and contribute observations from the floor.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and presenting relevant records and data summaries.
• Learn and apply basic problem‑solving tools (5 Why, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams)
• Assist with production planning and scheduling coordination.
