Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project planning within construction or real estate.
• Experience in project scheduling, reporting, and construction planning is essential.
• Proficiency in MSP.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, data analysis, reporting, and MIS.
• Experience in preparing DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR, and MOM.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and workflow.
• Knowledge of activity sequencing and workforce planning.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using MSP.

• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Labour Reports (DLR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure timely circulation of action points.
• Generate project planning reports and MIS using Advanced Excel.
• Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project execution teams to collect progress updates.
• Review construction drawings and incorporate planning requirements into project schedules.
• Track project milestones and support timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist in identifying project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence.
